CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

·      Functional: Top commercial leader of a $100mm multi-site services company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $200mm-$750 in revenue

·      Orientation: Strong leader rooted in operational and commercial excellence

·      Private Equity: Required

·      M&A: Solid integration experience required

·      Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
