SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a multi-site specialty contracting and installation services platform. The sponsor is looking for an operator who can professionalize and integrate its recent acquisitions, build a more sophisticated commercial infrastructure, and lead the platform through its next phase of growth.

• Continue to scale the business through a disciplined M&A strategy, consolidating regional operators onto a unified platform. 

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a strong history of scaling businesses through operational transformation. The firm's focus spans business and industrial services, distribution, consumer, and technology-enabled services. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: High-ticket, project-based specialty services business 
• Functional: CEO, COO, or president with direct P&L accountability at a PE-backed platform. 
• Orientation: Commercial-leaning leader with a track record of building scalable, multi-site platforms 
• Private Equity: Required 
• M&A: Solid integration experience required 
• Tenure: 3+ Years of significant full P&L ownership
