The company is looking for a CFO who can provide actionable insights, support decision making, and improve the analytical infrastructure needed to better translate operational, project, and financial data into actionable business intelligence while helping support continued organic and inorganic growth and a successful future transaction.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Multi-site services 
• Functional: Proven CFO of a PE-backed Lower-Middle Market Business 
• Orientation: Strong accounting orientation is required with related experience across FP&A, POC accounting, and operations 
• Private Equity: Preferred 
• M&A: Solid integration experience preferred 
• Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
