• Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial and business plans, providing analysis, insights, and specific guidance to the Board of Directors.   

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include aerospace, industrials, agriculture, and transportation.  

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: Distribution, Manufacturing, or Industrial Services 
• Functional: Top financial leader of a lower middle market company OR number two financial leader within a larger enterprise. 
• Orientation: Well-rounded business experience is required with related experience across accounting and FP&A 
• Tenure: 15-25+ years of progressive career success
