SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a B2B Telehealth company. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

  • Professionalize the business by implementing structure and process to support any M&A integration and ongoing scale. 
  • Refine and execute a go-to-market strategy to further accelerate topline growth. 
  • Partner closely with the commercial team to drive customer acquisition and market awareness. 

THE SPONSOR: This New York City-based private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include services, with an emphasis on healthcare, outsourced business and industrial support services. Today the sponsor owns 17 portfolio companies and has $2B in cumulative capital commitments. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

  • Business Model: B2B Telehealth Services 
  • Functional: Top executive leader of a lower middle-market B2B Telehealth company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise. 
  • Orientation: Heavy commercial orientation is required with related experience across sales, strategy, and operations 
  • Private Equity: Not required 
  • M&A: Solid integration experience is preferred 
  • Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
