Baker Hill has decades of experience serving banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. When the company was sold to private equity in 2015, it was using relatively old software to track its more than 1,000 client contracts. The decision was made to begin using NetSuite and Salesforce.com for all of our ERP and CRM needs, from contract management to customer billing.
